​In 2011 Ruth became the Principal of HL Conveyancing and is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers VIC Division, Member of Law Institute Victoria and Member of Electronic Conveyancing Victoria.

As the Principal, Ruth is responsible for setting the direction for the future for the business. To maintain up to date knowledge of Conveyancing issues, Ruth attends monthly professional development seminars. She is getting admitted to be an Australian lawyer.

With almost 10 years experience in real estate conveyancing, Shony has the knowledge and skills to co-ordinate all aspects of property settlements.

 

It is due to this knowledge and her attention to the finer details that Shony receives many commendations from her clients.
